Welcome to our 4* family guest house Nice in camp La Provence area.

We offer 5 double rooms (max. 2 adults) and 1 family room -(max. 2 adults and 2 children under 14 years, double bed and bunk bed)

All rooms are cosily and comfortably furnished with private bathroom with shower and toilet. In the rooms is also fridge, electric kettle, mugs and glasses.

No entry and stay with pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Violation of this prohibition will violate the accommodation regulations and the operator reserves the right to impose a fine of up to CZK 5 000.

ACCOMMODATION PRICES OUT OF SEASON:

• Price per night 1 100 CZK, minimum length is 2 nights
• price for the weekend / 2 nights: 2 300 CZK
• prolonged weekend / 3 nights: 3 300 CZK

SPECIAL DAYS / SPECIAL PRICES:

• Easter – minimum length of stay is 4 nights – price per night 1 500 CZK

Prices include parking and community fees.

Double room for single use – 20% discount from the price of a double room.

PAYMENT TERMS
After reservation confirmation we require a deposit 10% of the total price. In case of cancellation of reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN from 2 PM, CHECK-OUT until 10 AM.
